How can I pay for your clothes?
We accept Paypal for online purchases.
Where is your shopping cart?

Do you ship to my country?
If you receive mail at your address then we can ship to you. It is a small world
after all :-)
Which company will you use to ship my clothes?
We use FedEx as our preferred shipping partner.
How long does it take to receive my order?
From time of purchase, orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days of your
completed transaction. Items will be dispatched on a weekday as we do not post on
weekends. You will receive shipping and tracking information via email.
What are your international (and domestic) shipping rates?
Costs of shipping are based on the total order. All items will be sent by FedEx International
Priority® with full tracking information and insurance, delivered to your door. Example
- shipping a dress to North America will cost in the region of USD 60.00. Shipping
can be combined for more than one item to reduce your costs. Please note: you may
be charged local taxes in your country, which we are not responsible for. Domestic
shipping within Malaysia is free.
Can I ship my order to an address that is not my own?
You can ship an order to any address you have entered into your PayPal profile. You
must enter this address in your profile before you place your order. Please note:
this address will also show up as the Billing Address on your order but it will not
affect your payment.
Collections in General
How often do you release new designs?
At least once a year we release a new range. Within our existing ranges, we release
new designs, on average, every quarter. Stay tuned to this website and our Facebook
page in order to see our latest dresses!
I like a dress but it is not available in my size?
We release our ranges in limited quantities based on the material used and do not
mass produce. This has always been our policy and is aimed at providing an exclusive
service to our customers. If there is a design you like and it is not available in
your size, we can provide it in another material or colour (based on availability)
- this may be subject to a 50% increase in the purchase price shown.
Do you take private orders for custom dresses?
Yes. We often get asked to design wedding dresses and one-off designs for special
occasions. This is subject to an agreement after we have discussed your requirements
and a 50% deposit prior to the dress being made, followed by the remaining payment
prior to shipping. Orders, once the design is agreed between both parties, typically
take between 3 to 6 weeks to be dispatched. Oh and, by the way, we exceed expectations!
Where do you get your materials?
We source our materials from Asia and the Middle East and take great pride in hand
selecting only the best fabrics, which include Chiffon, Silk Satin, French Lace and
Lycra. Our fabrics are typically ordered in limited quantities based on our policy
not to mass produce. You may, from time to time, see the same design available in
different materials. We try our best to protect your uniqueness!
How long do your ‘Made To Order’ dresses take to make?
Some of the dresses from our collections are listed as ‘Made To Order’ - these are
available in all sizes and take up to 3 weeks to produce from when payment is received.
Why don’t you design clothes for men?
We will! We are actually planning a new range for men later this year called ‘Panama’.
